Learning Outline
In Collaboration with Bodrum Institute
The primary objective of this program is to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of business management processes. It covers the fundamental strategies and principles of business management, financial reporting and financial management, contemporary customer-oriented marketing approaches, sales and sales management, the essentials of production and supply chain management, effective human resource management, and project management.
Program Format
- A total of 54 hours of training will be delivered online in live (synchronous) sessions, held three evenings per week between 18:30–21:30.
- The online (synchronous) modules include:
- Management and Organization (6 hours)
- Financial Reporting (6 hours)
- General Principles of Financial Management (3 hours)
- Financial Statement Analysis (3 hours)
- Time Value of Money (3 hours)
- Human Resources Management (6 hours)
- Marketing Management (6 hours)
- Sales Management (6 hours)
- Production and Supply Chain Management (9 hours)
- Project Management (6 hours)
In addition, participants will spend 5 nights in Bodrum, where part of the training will take place face-to-face at the hotel. The in-person modules include:
- Entrepreneurship (3 hours)
- Strategic Management and Strategic Management Games (6 hours)
- Risks Facing the World and Turkey in 2023 (3 hours)
The Bodrum program will also feature a full-day “Experiential Learning: Teamwork and Leadership Training” conducted on a boat. This training focuses on the following skills:

Certification
- Participants are required to attend at least 70% of the program.
- Those who score 60 or above on the final written exam will be awarded a digital certificate of achievement, verifiable through E-Government (E-Devlet).
