The Bodrum Institute’s Strategic Plan for 2023–2027 was presented to esteemed local stakeholders and distinguished academics of the Institute during a conference held in Bodrum on April 1–2.
The event began with opening remarks by Prof. Dr. Haldun Yalçınkaya, Coordinator of the Bodrum Institute, and Ahmet Aras, Mayor of Bodrum. Following the opening session, presentations were delivered by members of the Bodrum Institute Strategic Planning Team: Hakan Akın, Prof. Dr. Haldun Yalçınkaya, and Administrative Coordinator Bedi Çelik.
The first day’s sessions featured presentations on the history of the Bodrum Institute, its past activities, and the projects planned for the upcoming period. The day concluded with a comprehensive discussion on the Institute’s vision and future objectives.
On the second day, within the framework of a “harvest meeting,” participants discussed the expected benefits of the planned activities as well as potential challenges and ways to overcome them.
